Custom Product Policy

Because our products are custom-made for your brand, we cannot accept returns unless the items are defective or there was a production error.

Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or with printing errors, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
